You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incomplete. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. This policy applies to orders within Pakistan. For international orders, contact customer support.

How to Apply for a Return
Email adornmepk.com@gmail.com with your reason and order details. After approval, send the parcel to the warehouse at your expense.

Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5-7 working days, up to 14 during busy periods.

Refunds
Refunds are not typically offered, but may be given if an exchange isn't possible. Processing takes 7-10 working days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
